NAMRU-2

An infectious disease research laboratory located in Jakarta, Indonesia since 1970, NAMRU-2 is one of the most advanced facilities of its kind in Southeast Asia. It conducts basic and applied biomedical research regarding the prevention and control of infectious disease in Southeast Asia. Its work is done in cooperation with and under the auspices of the Indonesian National Institute of Health Research and Development.
